Adobe Connect Service Stops Unexpectedly

Overview

The Adobe Connect Server service will start but will not stay running.

Resolution

  1. Log in to the Adobe Connect server, Saffron.
  2. Go to D:\Connect\logs\support and open debug.log to search for potential issues.
  3. Identify issues causing the server to crash and correct them, working with Adobe Support if necessary
