Why add a second device?
Adding a second device gives you a "backup" to use should you no longer have access to your phone. You can also always reach out to support@indwes.edu for assistance if you are "locked out" of your account. We'll be more than happy to assist in getting you back into your account.
How to add a second device
Second Step
On the next screen where your Duo authentication options appear. Click the "Settings" button:
Third Step
Click "Add a Device" and then follow the on-screen prompts for enrolling a secondary device.
The next time you log in...
You'll have the option of selecting which device to use to authenticate yourself. You can adjust your default device by accessing the "Settings" menu.
