OvervieweForms are now compatible in all browsers. However, when using Internet Explorer and attaching files there is a compatibility setting that must be enabled for it to work properly. The form and its attachments cannot be submitted until this is changed.
When submitting an eform with attachments in Internet Explorer, the Attachment box will not show the OK button. When the Add button is clicked, a file can be selected, but not saved to the form. This box cannot be closed and the form cannot be submitted with the attachment(s).
This issue occurs when Internet Explorer is not set to compatibility mode for intranet sites.
To resolve the issue, follow these steps:
- In Internet Explorer, click on Tools in the menu bar.
- Select Compatibility View settings in the drop down.
- Unclick the box next to Display intranet sites in Compatibility View.
- Click on Close.
- Re-open eform.
