Error When User Logs into SoftDocs
Overview
The student or employee receive a sign in error when clicking on a Softdocs form link. Links to Softdocs forms will look similar to this: https://etcentral.indwes.edu/#/form/2If the user hasn't been given permissions to SoftDocs, they'll see an error like the screenshot below that says "The signed in user <username> is not assigned to a role for the application IWU Softdocs"
Resolution
To resolve the issue, follow the steps in this section.
- Student or employee needs to be added to the Azure AD for SoftDocs.
- Please contact someone from the Infrastructure team to fix.
