Error logging in


The student or employee receive a sign in error when clicking on a Softdocs form link.  Links will look similar to this: See attachment for exact error.


To resolve the issue, follow the steps in this section.

  1. Student or employee needs to be added to the Azure AD for SoftDocs.
  2. Please contact someone from the Infrastructure team to fix.
