Overview Describes how to help a user whose password does not work on the APRN Approval screen
If the customers APRN Approval Password is not being accepted, follow these steps:
- Have the customer go to the APPW screen and reset their own password.
- Try the new password on APRN.
- If either step does not work, the customer may not be set up correctly as an approver. Contact Liz Clark in the Business Affairs office.
