Not Authorized to Perform This Operation

Symptoms

You receive the following error message while attempting to navigate to a page on the support.indwes.edu website:

You are not authorized to perform this operation.

Explanation

This error message usually means that you are trying to view a ticket that you do not have permission to access. By default, only the individual identified as the primary customer has permission to view a specific ticket. However, the primary customer can choose to share the ticket with others when needed. 

Resolution

To request access to a specific ticket, please contact the primary customer, the support representative assigned to the ticket, or the IT Support Center.
