Who is affected?
All employees and adjunct instructors who are not issued an individual IWU computer for their job duties.
When does this change take effect?
Transition date: November 30th
Microsoft provides a 30-day grace period, which allows access to the Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
No longer accessible date: Dec. 30th
What will change?
Access to the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) on your Non-IWU personal computer.
Can I still use Microsoft Office Suite programs?
Will I still have access to my email (Outlook)?
How will I know if/when I am impacted?
You will receive a pop-up message stating your subscription has expired (see example below). Click on the X on the right side of the box and proceed. This notice will appear each time you log into any MS Office Suite program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).

What if I downloaded Microsoft Office Suite to my personal computer?
You will receive a pop-up message stating that your subscription has expired (see example below).

Will I still have access to the Microsoft Office suite programs on an IWU computer that is shared among others in my office?
Yes, you will have full access to the Microsoft Office programs installed on a shared computer.
