This article will walk you through signing in to Adobe Acrobat DC Pro with your IWU Credentials. Signing in allows you to use all features of DC Pro. Without signing in you may not be able to open or edit PDF files.
If you use Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop InDesign Illustrator etc.) through a university license, the steps below do not apply. Instead you should be able to continue using your Adobe Sign In that you setup when you first received Adobe Creative Cloud.
If you only use Adobe Acrobat, then please continue with the steps below.
Open up Acrobat DC on your computer by launching it from your start menu or dock.
With the application open click "Sign In" in the upper right as shown here:
If you screen looks a little different when you launch Acrobat Pro DC, you may need to find the "Sign In" option in the "Help" menu as shown here:
A new window will appear, in this window you want to click on "Sign In" in the lower right corner:
In the new window enter your IWU email address on the first line as shown here:
On the following window, select the "Enterprise ID" option:
In the window that loads with the IWU Logo, please enter your IWU password:
