Describes how to schedule an automatic recurring backup.
The best way to ensure that your files are regularly backed up is to setup a recurring, scheduled backup. This is the default behavior of Workstation Backup Scheduler and is automatically enabled the first time that you launch the program. Although you can disable the schedule if needed (see Disable Automatic Backup), it is highly recommended that you leave it enabled and modify the available options to work for you.
