At times, the ImageNow screen resets itself, and the user cannot see the panels needed for linking and routing. These instructions describe how to resolve that issue. Most customers do not know the terminology "Properties panel" and "Action panel." They just know that they don't see the whole screen and they cannot link.
1. Click on the VIEW tab in the ImageNow toolbar.
2. From the drop-down list, choose Actions (left panel) or Properties (right panel). The panels are now visable.
3. Another option that many people use is the Thumbnails view. Add it to the screen by clicking on Thumbnails.
