UDF Import Failure

Overview

UDF Import fail for no apparent reason.

Resolution

Check all of the attributes your are trying to import. The option "user must select entry from value list" must NOT be checked. If it is the import will fail.

Verification:

Open OdysseyHMS client. On the left menu select Setup. Then select the Attributes tab at the top. Double click on the desired attribute. Select the Properties Tab if it is not displaying. The Users Must Select Entry From Values List is in th middle on the right. Make sure that this box is not checked.
