Webmail does not display in Internet Explorer

If you are able to log in to Webmail, but the page remains blank, it could be that Internet Explorer upgraded to a version that may have trouble viewing Webmail. You can set Internet Explorer to run the Webmail client in Compatibility Mode by using these instructions.


To set Compatibility mode:

  1. While in Internet Explorer, press Alt-t (this will expand the Tools menu)
  2. Select Compatibility Mode Settings
  3. Enter "" (without quotes) in the add line and then click add
  4. Click Close
  5. Navigate to the Webmail login again, and log in
