If you are able to log in to Webmail, but the page remains blank, it could be that Internet Explorer upgraded to a version that may have trouble viewing Webmail. You can set Internet Explorer to run the Webmail client in Compatibility Mode by using these instructions.
To set Compatibility mode:
- While in Internet Explorer, press Alt-t (this will expand the Tools menu)
- Select Compatibility Mode Settings
- Enter "indwes.edu" (without quotes) in the add line and then click add
- Click Close
- Navigate to the Webmail login again, and log in
