Advanced for Exchange 2010 Users

If a mobile device of an account that is on Exchange 2010 is not working after following the guides provided, please check the following setting.  In Active Directory choose the user involved and go to Security tab --> click the Advanced button on the bottom right --> check the box for "Include inheritable permissions from this object's parent"
