What if I can't sign into my email account?

Answer

  1. Make sure you've reset your password
  2. Test your new password by signing in to http://wildcat.indwes.edu using your new password.
  3. Make sure you're entering your new email address in the Username field as shown below.

  4. If after these two steps you still can not sign in please contact the Support Center.

 

Still Can't Sign In?
If your current username differs from the first part of your email address (Example: Username: john.doe Email: johnathan.doe@student.indwes.edu) your email has NOT been switched to the new system yet. More information will be emailed to your old account.
