Annual Rate Adjustment

Policy

Administrative and hourly staff employees may be considered for a rate increase based on his/her supervisor's appraisal and recommendation. The standard rate increase will normally begin on July 1st and will be available to regular employees.

Indiana Wesleyan University believes in fair and consistent wage practices. Review of employee's wages will be conducted on a periodic basis; however, increases will not be automatically granted.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees of the University.
