Compensation Structure


The compensation structure is divided into nine levels (10 through 18). Each position has been assigned a level and these assignments are reviewed periodically by the President’s Cabinet, in conjunction with Classification Committee review and supervisory recommendation.


This policy applies to all employees of the University.
