Unpaid Absences

Policy

Unless otherwise permitted by state or federal law, such as certain state adoption rights and federal military rights, Indiana Wesleyan University employees are required to use all available paid time off, including sick, vacation and wellness days, before going into an unpaid status.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees of the University.
