To provide the best technological experience while traveling abroad, here are some things to consider.
Passwords for the University must be changed every 365 days. If you are unsure when your password expires, you may contact the Support Center at (765) 677-2209 or x2209 and they can provide an expiration date.
If a password reset is needed, for best results, this will need to be done while on an IWU campus through a computer connected via Ethernet.

Shared folders access (Pearl, Red, MyFiles, etc.) and Colleague access are limited to University Networks. To access them while away from a University Campus, you will need to have VPN access. To request VPN access, you will need to complete the form located here: VPN Access Request Form.
Once you have been granted VPN access, the Support Center can provide training on how to access and use a VPN connection. You may contact the Support Center at (765) 677-2209 or x2209 for assistance.
