Student Services receives confirmation of name change from student.
Student Services enters info into Colleague by running account creation process (XCUA) in Colleague including changing email address in NAE and DRUS record user.id.
An email is sent to SYSADMIN/Identify management . This notice includes the ID number of the student, the old name(user.id) and the new name. In addition Colleague has sent an “Already Existing List” for these same students.
SYSADMIN will "rename" the existing account in Active Directory. This will allow continued use of the same account.
