Quizzes - Create a Report

1.  Click "Activites" on the Navbar.

2.  Click "Quizzes".

3.  On the "Manage Quizzes" page, click the action arrow next the quiz you want to create a report for, and click "Edit".

 

4.  Click "Reports Setup".

 

5.  Click "Add Report".

 

6.  Enter a report name.

7.  Select your report type.  Using the check boxes provided, customize your report's output.

8.  Select when you want to release the report, and which roles you want to release it to.

9.  Click "Save".
