Common problems that are encountered by students utilizing the MyIWU page and how to resolve these issues.

Issue Fix/Details
Profile image doesn't appear on MyIWU after uploading to MySites Expected Behavior 
Documents "jump" when scrolling over them. Remove check boxes next to items
Changes to a Content Editor web part sometimes do not save when leaving Edit mode. After updating the web part, click on another part of the page (ex. another web part) before leaving "edit mode".
Multiple tabs when loaded within DataConnect cut off titles of tabs This is caused when the width of the browser window is below a minimum resolution of about 1100px wide.

Internet Explorer     Downloading multiple budgets from DataConnect results in successive downloads still showing the first downloaded information.
Mozilla Firefox     Modal dialogue boxes will be vertically centered on a page, requiring the user to scroll up or down to find it.  It also makes the screen go dark, with all other content on the page un-selectable.
