'Connecting....' message when trying to access IWU E-mail


When accessing IWU e-mail through the link on the MyIWU page the user may receive a blank white page displaying a 'Connecting....' message as seen below.



To resolve the issue please use the following steps.

1. Select the red 'My Bookmarks' tab.


2. Select the 'Update Stored Email Password' link.


3. Enter your IWU username for the 'Windows User Name' and your IWU password for the 'Windows Password' and 'Confirm Windows Password' boxes. The IWU username and password that will need entered is the same as what is used to log into the MyIWU page. Finally, select the 'OK' button which will return you to the main MyIWU page. You will then be able to access the IWU e-mail account with no further issues.



Alternate Solution

If that does not work, you may need to add a Pop Up Exception to your browser, you can find some instructions here.
