Unable to access your email on the Portal Homepage. It keeps asking for the user to sign in.
When trying to access email through the portal it asks for a username and password. However, once that information is provided it returns you to the portal home page. This process loops indefinitely.
Follow the link below to update your stored email password.
After clicking on the "Update Stored Email Password" link, please enter your IWU username in the "Windows User Name" box and your IWU portal password in the "Windows Password" box, confirm the password and click okay.
Once you are returned to the portal, click the link to your email and the issue should be resolved.
