Update Stored Colleague Credentials
Overview
Unable to access your Colleague on the Portal Homepage. It keeps asking for the user to sign in.
Problem
When trying to access Colleague through the portal it asks for a username and password. However, once that information is provided it returns you to the portal home page. This process loops indefinitely.
Resolution
Follow the link below to update your stored Colleague password.
Update Stored Colleague Password
Enter your IWU username and password and click okay. Once you are returned to the portal, click the link to Colleague and the issue should be resolved.
