Certain features of Adobe Connect require the Adobe Connect Add-In to be installed. Current version of Chrome prevents Add-In from loading. For more detail, and a work-around, see Troubleshooting Adobe Connect.

Mobile App iOS 6+

When using the Adobe Connect Mobile App for iOS, users must make sure that the "Secure Login" box is NOT checked (it IS checked by default). If users attempt to log in with "Secure Login" checked, they will receive the "Network Error" message.

Mozilla Firefox (64-Bit) All Certain features of Adobe Connect require the Adobe Connect Add-In to be installed. The 64-Bit version of Firefox prevents the Add-In from loading.
