Q: I can't log into MyIWU, I get an error with a reference number?

A: Check that your computer time zone, time, and date are correct and try again.

 

Q: What information should I include with a Support Center request?

A: To expedite you request, please include as much information about the problem you are experiencing.

  • Use your student email to send the request, if you are able to access it.

  • Include your student id number. Click here for help finding your id number.

  • If you are asking a question about a class:

  • Include the class name/number.

  • Include the assignment number.

  • Be sure to include any error codes you receive.

  • Screen prints of errors or results can be helpful as well.

 

Q: When will my class show on the portal?

A: Depending on your program, students should see the class listed about 6:00 p.m. (EST) 7 days before the class starts.
