Q: I can't log into MyIWU, I get an error with a reference number?
A: Check that your computer time zone, time, and date are correct and try again.
Q: What information should I include with a Support Center request?
A: To expedite you request, please include as much information about the problem you are experiencing.
Use your student email to send the request, if you are able to access it.
Include your student id number. Click here for help finding your id number.
If you are asking a question about a class:
Include the class name/number.
Include the assignment number.
Be sure to include any error codes you receive.
Screen prints of errors or results can be helpful as well.
Q: When will my class show on the portal?
A: Depending on your program, students should see the class listed about 6:00 p.m. (EST) 7 days before the class starts.
