This page will address common issues that prevent access to the eForms section on the IWU portal.
If you encounter difficulties viewing an eForm on the IWU portal page first make sure that:
- You are on a laptop or desktop, not a tablet or smartphone
- You are using a web browser other than "Safari"
- Mac users can download an alternative browser such as Google Chrome for free here: www.google.com/chrome
If the items above don't apply, or if you've corrected these issues and still encounter difficulties try re-installing the latest version of Java by following the steps below.
Installing the Appropriate Version of Java
The appropriate version of Java needs to be installed for the eForms to function. You may go to https://www.java.com/en/download/faq/release_changes.xml to download the most recent version yourself. Version 8 is the latest Java version, but is not currently supported. This version can be used, but security warnings may appear before and after. It is safe to allow these.
