Filezilla

Filezilla is a free app that utilizes the FTP protocol to transfer files between remote and local servers. At IWU, it is used primarily by Student Account Services.

Filezilla may be installed from the Application Catalog. In order to configure it, three pieces of information are needed and are entered in fields at the top of the page (see picture below):

1. Host: sftp.officialpayments.com

2. Username: IndianaWesleyanUniv

3. Password: Please contact Renae Doyle or Stephanie Cerny. The password is also stored in Keeper.

There is a field for Port, but this is kept blank.

Once these three fields are populated, simply click on the Quickconnect button to connect to the server.
