How to create a user in InContact
Create User in InContact
- Go to incontact.incontact
 - Sign in
 - Select Admin> users >users
 - Click on a user that will have similar permissions to the current user you are creating
 - Verify they are the correct permissions > copy
 - Fill in 
- First name
 - Last name
 - Username (firstname.lastname) same as IWU email/username
 - Internal ID (colleague id)
 - >save and continue
 - Copy and paste inContact id (ID)
 - Go back into users profile in CRM 
- Add InContact Agent ID.
 - Add correct outbound skill > save
