How to create a user in InContact

Create User in InContact

  1. Go to incontact.incontact
  2. Sign in
  3. Select Admin> users >users
  4. Click on a user that will have similar permissions to the current user you are creating
  5. Verify they are the correct permissions > copy
  6. Fill in
    1. First name
    2. Last name
    3. Username (firstname.lastname) same as IWU email/username
    4. Internal ID (colleague id)
    5. >save and continue
    6. Copy and paste inContact id (ID)
    7. Go back into users profile in CRM
      1. Add InContact Agent ID.
      2. Add correct outbound skill > save
