After completing this how-to you will have re-started the doceServe process.
- Remote into prd-int02 and open up services.
- Verify that services Direct Connect and Doceserve Monitor are still running
- If so, then open c:\Doceserve\Active. If there are files backed up, then this is the problem and Direct Connect needs to be restarted.
- If not, then restart Doceserve Monitor.
- Verify the files in c:\Doceserve\Active are disappearing and/or verify the jobs in etrieve Import History are showing up.
