DoceServe stops importing


After completing this how-to you will have re-started the doceServe process.


  1. Remote into prd-int02 and open up services.
  2. Verify that services Direct Connect and Doceserve Monitor are still running
  3. If so, then open c:\Doceserve\Active.  If there are files backed up, then this is the problem and Direct Connect needs to be restarted.
  4. If not, then restart Doceserve Monitor.
  5. Verify the files in c:\Doceserve\Active are disappearing and/or verify the jobs in etrieve Import History are showing up.
