Users receive error message when automatically signing into etrieve via a form link
Symptoms
The following error will be displayed after a user has clicked on the etrieve forms link
Troubleshooting
- Go to https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/ActiveDirectoryMenuBlade/Overview
- Under Manage on the left, click on Users
- In Search, type in user's username (ex. jamie.bagley)
- Click on Name (ex. Bagley, Jamie)
- Under Manage, click on Groups
- Click on Add Membership
- Under Select Group, type Test-softdocs-prov
- Click on Test-softdocs-prov
- Click Select
