Users receive error message when automatically signing into etrieve via a form link

Symptoms

The following error will be displayed after a user has clicked on the etrieve forms link

Troubleshooting

  1. Go to https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/ActiveDirectoryMenuBlade/Overview
  2. Under Manage on the left, click on Users
  3. In Search, type in user's username (ex. jamie.bagley)
  4. Click on Name (ex. Bagley, Jamie)
  5. Under Manage, click on Groups
  6. Click on Add Membership
  7. Under Select Group, type Test-softdocs-prov 
  8. Click on Test-softdocs-prov
  9. Click Select
