The student or employee clicks on a Softdocs form link. Links will look similar to this:  but do not see the form.


To resolve the issue, follow the steps in this section.

  1. This student or employee needs to have access to this form.  
  2. Contact the Software Development team to update permissions for this student in etrieve Central (SoftDocs) for this specific form.
