Cannot approve a form in flow
Symptoms
Users cannot use the Approve button in flow. They receive an error message which keeps them from advancing the form. This does not happen in Chrome, only in Firefox.
Root Cause
The issue is caused by an outdated version of Firefox.
Resolution
Update Firefox to the most recent version or use Chrome to manage workflows in Etrieve Central.
