How to Clear Temporary Files in Safari

Overview

This guide will walk you through clearing your temporary internet files in Safari. It's a good idea to perform this on occasion to keep your pages loading properly.

Steps

1. Click on the word Safari in the upper left hand side of the screen near the Apple logo.
2. Click on Clear History... from the resulting menu.
3. Select all history from the dropdown menu.
4. Click the Clear History button.
5. Quit Safari and reopen it.
6. You will need to repeat this process if you have issues in the future.
