Scantron support is provided by Classroom Technology Services.
IWU does not have a service agreement with Scantron for emergency product replacement.
What are Scantron machines?
Scantron machines are scoring machines that scan paper-and-pencil tests and print a percentage correct score on the paper.
- connected to power, but may be powered off when not in use
- not connected to network
- requires consumables: printer cartridges and paper test forms
- requires routine maintenance; some machines will prompt the user to run a cleaning procedure, or indicate an error that can be remedied with cleaning

How to request service for a Scantron machine
Call or email the support center with your request for service.
Include the location of the Scantron machine (which building and academic division) and the urgency.
Realize that response time and completion time may be delayed, so consider the following offer:
Some divisions have offered to share the use of their Scantron machine when not in use. If you need a test scored while you don't have access to a Scantron machine, you may inquire of these Scantron custodians:
