Access Denied (User does not have permissions.)
If a user navigates to a myIWU portal site they do not have permission to they will receive a page that says Access Denied. Below is an example of what the page should look like.
If a user encounters this screen when accessing a page they should have access to, complete the following step.
Create a ticket with the IWU Support Center. You can create a ticket by emailing: Support@indwes.edu OR calling 765-677-2209.
make sure to include the URL of the Access Denied page and the issue type. This will help support personnel investigating this issue.
