Hub Site Ownership
Each Hub will have an owner and a secondary owner. If any changes occur on a hub they must be approved by the hub site owners before the Implementation of those changes. Announcements that are generated by associated sites are the exception to this rule. Each hub can assign two site builders if the site owners does not want the responsibility of implementing the changes.
