Overview
PlanSource is the online portal that Indiana Wesleyan University employees use to manage their benefits enrollment and information.
Access Methods
Employees can access PlanSource through two methods:
- Via Employee Success and Care Page: Follow the PlanSource link located on the Employee Success and Care page.
- Direct URL: Navigate directly to benefits.indwes.edu.
Support Information
Important: IWU IT does not provide support for PlanSource.
For any questions, issues, or assistance with PlanSource, employees should:
- Contact Employee Success and Care directly.
- Employee Success and Care will connect employees with the appropriate resources and support channels for PlanSource-related matters.
