Logging In
Getting to ScreenConnect
In order to use ScreenConnect to assist a customer you'll first need to create a session for them to connect to. To begin you'll need to go to https://remoteassist.indwes.edu
Once at ScreenConnect you'll see the following screen:
Logging In
At this screen you'll need to click "Login" (outlined in red in the image above) to create a new session for the customer you're trying to assist
At the login screen enter your regular IWU username and password.
Logging Out
You can log out by clicking on your name up in the lower left hand corner and then selecting "Logout."
