Audio and Video are Out of Sync


What to do when the Audio and Video are not synchronized in your One Button Studio video recording.


Some users experience a synchronization error when playing back videos recorded in the One Button Studio. This is noticeable, in that the spoken words do not align with the moving of the speaker's lips.


Try playing back the file in a different program. Windows Media Player has been known to not align the audio and video properly. You may want to try Quick Time Player, or VLC player.

If you have tried various playback apps, and they all exhibit the same symptoms, then please explain your request to the Media Services desk workers. IMT staff may be able to retrieve a correctly-synced file from the archives folder.
