Blu-Ray Player
Overview
This document discusses the educational tool referred to as a Blu-Ray Player.
Features
The Blu-Ray player is a device used to play back most types of video discs, like Blu-Rays, DVDs, and data discs that contain video files, and display their contents on the connected projection screen or TV screen.
Some Blu-Ray players also have a USB jack on the front panel, which accept USB thumb drives, and can play back video, picture, and audio files contained on the USB drive.
Some Blu-Ray players also have a built-in WiFi connectivity, and/or streaming apps. It is not in your best interest to enter your credentials into a public Blu-Ray player in order to access streaming apps like Netflix or Hulu. For these features, you may use them at your own risk. UIT does not support this feature.
Remote
The basic buttons are found at the top of the remote (Open/Close, Power button) along with the middle buttons that are used as directional arrows to browse menu's. The main menu button is listed as "Top Menu" and is located up and to the left of the directional arrows.
