Configure Office 365 to archive your email. Archived email does not count toward your 50GB limit, and if you move email from your PSTs to the Archive folder, it may take a while to synchronize depending on the amount of email to be uploaded and the load on the servers.
These instructions will walk you through adding a Delegate to your Outlook account. Delegates are other users that you would like to have certain permissions within your Outlook Mailbox to view the messages or even send them for you.

The information below will allow Staff and Faculty to setup their Android devices with the IWU email system.
To get started you'll need to get to the account setup screen on your Android device.
Start by opening the "App Tray" usually located at the bottom middle of the screen.
In your apps locate the "Settings" application.
In the Settings locate the "Accounts & Sync."
Tap the "Add Account"
Account type: Exchange or in some cases this is listed as "Corporate Sync"
Email Address: (your IWU email address)
Username: (your IWU username, usually firstname.lastname)
Password: (the same password you use for accessing your email at webmail.indwes.edu)
SSL should be enabled
