Overview Turn off the Clutter option in Outlook. Clutter automatically sends email that you don't read often to the clutter folder as a way to keep your inbox cleaner
- Log in to the Outlook Web Client at http://iwumail.indwes.edu
- At the top right of the navigation bar, click Settings , then Mail under My App Settings.
- In the left navigation pane go to Mail > Automatic processing > Clutter.
- Uncheck both "Separate items identified as clutter" and "Send me notifications about messages separated as clutter", then click Save.
