To open a shared calendar in Outlook:
- Open Microsoft Outlook.
- Switch to Calendar view.
- Click on the Open Calendar menu.
- Select Open Shared Calendar...
- Choose the name of the account whose calendar you would like to view.
Note: The owner of the calendar you are trying to view must first give you permission to access the calendar.
In Outlook for Mac, you must have at least Reviewer permission to access the other user's shared Calendar folder.
