IWU Mobile Communication

Overview

Electronic devices, including phone, internet, and electrical devices are valuable tools to enable employees to achieve the goals and missions of the university. The purpose of this policy is to provide guidance on personal, and IWU owned devices, and the services for conducting university business and payment reimbursement with them. The university provides an electronic reimbursement to offset the business use of the personally owned devices and offers options to university-owned devices.

You must agree to abide by the IWU Mobile Communication Policy.

IWU Mobile Communication Cell Phone Request Form

To obtain a IWU Mobile Communication Cell Phone you must fill out a request form and get the appropriate signatures. It will take 5 to 7 business days to receive a university owned mobile device once the request has been received.

IWU Mobile Communications Cell / Internet Recurring Voucher Form

To request a IWU Mobile Communication Cell / Internet Recurring Voucher you must fill out a request form get the appropriate signature. CAPS must fill out this request form. Forms should be completed the beginning of each fiscal year.
