Logging in and out of Avaya Phones
Goal
After completing this how-to you will have ...
Logging out of Avaya 9608
- Press the Menu button in the middle of the phone
- Press OK on Log out
- You have successfully logged out of an Avaya 9608
Logging into Avaya 9608
- Press the button just underneath the Login text on the screen.
- Enter the 4 digit extension that you would like to be logged into.
- Press the button just underneath the Enter text on the screen.
- If you are prompted for a passcode and do not have it please reach out to the support center x2209
- If you did not logout of the previous phone you had your extension logged into you will be prompted to take over the extension for this phone. Press the button underneath the Continue text on the screen.
- You have successfully logged into an Avaya 9608
Logging out of Avaya 4610
- Press the check mark button just under the options text on the phone.
- Press the arrow button point to the right once.
- Press the button associated with the Log Off text on the screen.
- Press the button associated with Yes text on the screen.
Logging into Avaya 4610
- Press the left arrow to remove a previous extension.
- Enter your Extension and press the # button.
- If you are prompted for a passcode and do not have it please reach out to the support center x2209
- You have successfully logged into an Avaya 4610
