DWA - Understanding Your Loans

This is a tool that pulls up your current loan information with IWU and the possible payments you will have to make on them to allow the user to make informed decisions.

DWA Features
Light/Dark Mode: This can be changed by clicking on your username in the upper right hand corner, then clicking on the switch to flip between light and dark mode.

Support
An issue that can occur is the page getting stuck without loading any of the page content. This is due to the process not fully completing the login process and failing to reload. This issue should only be occurring in Firefox at this time.
Firefox - Load the page, let it stop on the Student Attendance page with the banner fully loaded. In the address bar on the far left is a shield icon. Click on it and uncheck the box for "Enhanced Tracking Protection". Then reload the page from the URL found in the reminder emails.
