Can't Approve Student's Course
Problem
Student Planning will not allow a student's course to be approved. The checkbox next to it is grayed out and cannot be checked.
Resolution
Note that in the above example, the student has already registered for the course (in this case, the course is a "pre-authorized course", meaning the student is not required to obtain advisor approval to register for it). Student Planning does not allow advisors to make planning changes to a course (approve, deny, etc.) once the student has registered for it. If the student should not be taking the course, then he/she must drop out of it if possible, or else the situation must be addressed by the RAS office.
