Maxwell Center 203 - Conference Room

Maxwell Center 203 is a mid-sized conference room, equipped with a technology for basic phone conferences and meetings.

This room is equipped with a ceiling mounted projector and pull-down screen, which covers a dry erase whiteboard. The tables are clustered in the center of the room, with chairs around them. This room is also a lounge for employees who work in Maxwell Center.

In order to connect a laptop to the projector, an HDMI cable is available, connected to a wall plate in the corner of the room, to the left of the screen, which can be connected to a laptop at the table.

In order to control the power of the projector, locate and use the Epson projector's remote control.

Please set your laptop resolution to 1280 x 800 for optimal viewing. This is the projector's native resolution. Aspect Ratio 16:10

Sound from a laptop connected to the HDMI cable will emit from the projector's speakers, and the volume is controlled by the projector's remote.

Many cables--power, network, phone, and HDMI, are used at the table, but connect to wall jacks near the projection screen. Therefore, they stretch across a common pathway. Please keep these cables running through the rubber cable ramp, as seen in this picture, or coiled up under or on top of a table, to prevent the possibility of tripping.

This room does not have a teaching station.

This room does not have external windows to let in ambient light.
