Function

This room is optimized for collaborative meetings. The technology is a Microsoft Teams Room (MTR), and the chairs and tables are configurable.

Display

This conference room has a teaching station, sound system, and one display.

Ceiling Mounted Projector
- Projects onto Electric Screen on the short wall near the door
Resolution: 1920 x 1200 (16:10 aspect ratio)

Sources

Microsoft Teams Meeeting platform is built-in; no PC necessary
Laptop – USB-C (or USB-A) Dongle for wireless transmission of laptop for screen content sharing

Audio

8 Ceiling Speakers
Volume control is made by buttons on the touch panel controller
2 Ceiling Microphones, for video conferencing (not for in-room sound reinforcement)

Control

Touch panel controller auto-starts when approached, and goes to sleep when room is quiet and motionless.
